Geological features and genesis of the Dyusembay Central (Sayakhat) ore deposit

The article considers the geological features and ore composition of Dyusembay Central (Sayakhat) leadzinc deposit in Karsakpai metallogenic complex Kazakhstan. Historically, was considered industrially significant terms iron ores, rather than lead, zinc, copper. It is shown that composed tuffaceous, silty-sandstone, carbonaceous-terrigenous (ore-hosting), terrigenous, volcanogenic rocks assigned to lower subformation Zhilandysai Formation Upper Proterozoic. subvolcanic identified outlined area belong vent volcanic facies are represented by felsic automagmatic breccias. All rock complexes developed within have undergone multiple alterations: regional, postvolcanic, contact, hydrothermal (near-ore) ones. Commercial ores veinlet-disseminated sulfide mineralization carbonaceous mudstones silty sandstones, regionally metasomatically altered varying degrees. bodies heterogeneous mineral assemblages corresponding various stages phases formation. structural textural reflect long complicated history their concluded this belongs a new formational type stratified lead-zinc deposits localized black shale sequences, with role activity regional metamorphism, remobilized SEDEX-type deposit.
